Travelling from QLD and needed a new windscreen. Booked into O'Brien's but they wouldnt fit it (they couldn't clear the codes for cameras etc). Called in unannounced at Lakeside, fully expecting to be told 'you'll need to book it in & come back' but Ros and Abe at went above and beyond on the spot to fix the problem. Excellent service all around. Thank you.
Took Car to Lakeside Nissan for the first time, for a service had Ros book it in over the phone she was fantastic, then when got there for service Kirsten she was also fantastic nothing was to much trouble, i said if your technical as as good as you ladies it be a great service which it was, will definitely take car back there for next service & if and when we purchase a new one will go to that dealership, Thanks Again Kirsten & Ros for making it so easy, pity the rest of world wasn't like you 2 lady's

12 Months ago when my husband died I notified Lakeside that I had sold the Navara and asked them to remove his Name etc from their contacts. Since then I have continued to receive emails and paper mail from both Nissan Australia and Lakeside. It is incredibly upsetting for me and has definitely soured my impression of Lakeside. I am at my wits end as to how to stop this endless issue.
I will never recommend them to anyone again.
